Customer diperbolehkan untuk membahas real life tetapi dengan adanya batasan.
Pembayaran dilakukan di awal untuk menghindari hit and run.
Jika talent menghilang selama lebih dari 3 jam tanpa kabar sebelumnya, maka customer berhak untuk mendapatkan jam tambahan atau melakukan refund.
Sebaliknya, jika customer menghilang tanpa kabar selama session berlangsung, maka talent tidak ada kewajiban untuk menambah waktu yang hilang.
Tidak ada cancle dan refund, reschedule dapat dilakukan jika talent memiliki waktu.
Refund dapat dilakukan jika talent melakukan kesalahan yang dapat membuat customer tidak nyaman dan dapat didiskusikan kepada talent sebelumnya.
Jika ditengah masa rent customer ingin menambahkan add-ons, mohon konfirmasi ke talent, dan untuk pembayaran add-ons tambahan dapat dilakukan di akhir masa sewa.
Sistem rent adalah mengikuti jam kerja talent, sehingga perlu diperhatikan waktu mulai start rent dan disarankan untuk book jadwal H-1.
Di akhir sesi rent, customer diwajibkan untuk memberikan testi pelayanan talent.
